The ream of PS Cyber, South District Delhi Police has Busted a gang duping many people in the name of getting job. Cyber Police of South District has busted the call center in Bareilly, UP and arrested 4 youths. Information about transactions worth crores has also been received from the bank accounts of the accused.

The accused also used to give fake joining letters: Recently a women had field a case of fraud in the in the mane of job placement by some unknown persons. The woman told that she had applied for the job on shine.com platform and after that she got call from 3 different mobile numbers for offers of job in Haldiram as HR manager. After taking money from him the fraudsters also sent a fake joining letter on his whatsaap with Haldiram’s letter head. On reaching the office the woman came to know that she had been cheated.
During the investigation of the case the bank account details of the accused were collected and thoroughly analyzed. Technical check and monitoring of mobile numbers were done. The fraudulent amount was investigated and the place of operation of the fake call center was marked as Bareilly, UP> During the investigation of bank account details and mobile phone CDRs of the culprits, it was found that more than 25 thousand people had been victimized this gang.
Police arrested the four accused: The accused persons Pranshu alias Anshul, Himanshu alias Vishal, Pankaj Pandey alias Pandey and Depak Kumar Yadav have been arrested. A total of 23 keypad mobile phones, which were used to call people with fake names/addresses, and several SIM cards were recovered from them. Several laptop and registers have been recovered.
