Meanwhile a shocking case has come to light regarding subsidy on electricity bill in Delhi, half have registered to get subsidy even further. On the basis of the registration done so far, it can be said that every second electricity consumer in Delhi needs a rebate in the bill.
According to the date till Thursday afternoon, more than 22.82 lakh electricity consumers have applied for subsidy. It is worth noting that from October 1, exemption in electricity bill will be an alternative arrangement in Delhi. That is those who would like to take subsidy on the electricity bill and apply, only they will get the subsidy. Apart from this, those who do not want and do not apply, they will not get subsidy. However, according to the Delhi government, there will be an application for exemption from the month of October till September 30 but it you register for October, November, December or whenever, then from the next month, you will start getting exemption in the bill. At the same time to get further relief you will have to apply once a year.
