In the video, he told, lactase enzyme is found in our small intestine which works to break lactose present in milk into smaller molecules like glucose and galactose so that it can be easily absorbed.

Around the age of 30, the production of the lactase enzyme in our small intestine starts to decline significantly. Without the lactase enzyme, milk directly reaches the large intestine and the bacteria present in it have to face the problem of indigestion. This will affect your belly fat.

He said that people should not consume milk just before sleeping as it may cause digestive problems.
