Actually, PNB has issued a notice on its website and wrote, ‘Dear customers, the bank will soon change the transaction limit for transactions with high-end variant debit cards.’
Transaction limit is about to increase!
Punjab National Bank has said that the daily ATM withdrawal limit for all platinum variants of MasterCard, RuPay and Visa Gold Debit cards can be increased from Rs 50,000 to Rs 1,00,000. In addition, customers can transact up to Rs.3,00,000 per day instead of Rs.1,25,000 per day at the POS. The bank said that the ATM cash withdrawal limit for RuPay Select and Visa Signature Debit cards will be increased from Rs 50,000 to Rs 1,50,000. Not only this, the daily limit for transactions through POS for N cards will be increased from Rs 1,25,000 to Rs 5,00,000. That is, PNB customers are going to get good news in the coming few days.
How can the customer increase the limit?
PNB has said in a statement that customers are advised that they can take advantage of the change in transaction limit by visiting Internet Banking, Mobile Banking App, PNB ATM, IVR or base branch. The bank has also warned that customers should not share personal details related to their debit card, credit card and bank account with anyone.
Actually, nowadays the number of cyber thugs is increasing continuously. Cyber criminals call the customers and get their personal information by pretending to increase the credit card limit. After this, they illegally withdraw money from the customers’ account.

Now coming to the current limits, for those who have RuPay and Master version classic debit cards issued by banks, the daily cash withdrawal limit is Rs 25,000, one-time cash withdrawal limit is Rs 20,000 and POS transaction limit is Rs 60,000. . At the same time, for PNB customers who have Visa’s Gold Debit Card, the daily cash withdrawal limit is Rs 50,000, the one-time cash withdrawal limit is Rs 20,000 and the POS transaction limit is Rs 1,25,000.
